HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE AN ORDER

Please allow for an average delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are available upon special request.

Shipping Information

Shipping for all photographs and books:

  • All packages are fully insured
  • Please use your street address, as our shipping companies do not deliver to post office box numbers
  • All of our products are shipped via FEDEX ground

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all workmanship. With proper care, a KLEMME/Art image will last generations. However, should a return/exchange be needed please refer to the information below.

Due to every KLEMME/Art image order being a custom order, if for any reason you wish to return an image within 30 days of the purchase date, you will be given a credit towards the purchase of any image or product or combination of such. There will be no expiration on credits issued. 

All returns must be received by us in selling condition. If damage has occurred in some way, we will, at our discretion, place a value of the damage done and any credit issued will be adjusted by the same amount.

If you wish to return your order after it is received, replace the product back into its original packing materials, if available, and return it to the address listed below.

If you do not have the original packing materials, take to your local packaging store for proper mailing procedures and please be sure to insure your package.

Include the following information with your shipment:

  • Name, address and telephone number
  • Credit card number and expiration date
  • Item being returned

Once your returned product is received, we will issue you credit towards the purchase of any image or product or combination of such.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

In the unusual event of a damaged or incorrect order, call us at 580-234-8284, or e-mail us HERE to inform us of the problem. Replace the product back into its original packing materials. We will then issue a call tag for the shipping company to come and retrieve the damaged or incorrect package. We will, in the meantime, reship your order as soon as possible.
